ANACHRONIKS is a medieval mockumentary set in Normandy in the 11th century — filmed as if a modern documentary crew had somehow travelled back in time.  Through absurd interviews and everyday situations, peasants, Vikings, monks and nobles deal with surprisingly familiar issues: work, immigration, religion, marriage, healthcare and social inequality.  The Middle Ages, seen through a very modern lens.
